Beware of a MVL LTD a builder in Bhiwadi. I just wanted to share what happened with me. I had booked a flat in a project MVL INDI HOMES of 834 sqft. I made initial payments for booking of the flat around 20% of the cost and never received letters of further installments then approached to company office for the status of our flat found out that our old address is there on company records despite informing them for the change of address 1 year before, but any how we updated our new address. Then to we never got any reminder for payments after few days we received a mail and a letter from the company to make entire payment within 15 days. We were there with the payments along with interest on delay of payment but the officials made us wait at company reception from 11 am to 8.15 pm and finally told us to come day after tomorrow, as there is no one to accept the payments we requested a lot to accept it but the official denied to do so. We had no option to come day after tomorrow but when we reached again they simply told us that your last date have crossed and according to our notice now we can’t accept the payments, We requested a lot to accept the payments but officials denied we kept on going to company office but no result came out so we had no option to file a legal civil suit for stay on the property in courts. As company had bad intensions to sell the flat again of after forfeiting our hard earned money .So it is advised to new buyers and dealers of the company that FLAT NO B-702 measuring 834 SQ Ft in Project MVL INDI HOMES BHIWADI is in dispute in courts avoid buying this FLAT
