The Itinerary was sent you several times, so that you could confirm at the earliest as availability cannot be promised. The rates are always subject to availability of rooms & Houseboats.The extra amount 2500/- is due to non availability of rooms in previously mentioned hotels and up-gradation of Hotels.More over you never paid My Happy Journey any Advance amount to Confirm the package. The Extra Amount Payable was intimated to you even before you decided to Confirm with My Happy Journey.You Should have confirmed the package along with the flight booking.We do not give any confirmations unless you make an advance payment. So would request you to Book with My Happy Journey before commenting in such a Manner.
Worst trip experience with MHJ
I had planned a trip from Delhi to Manali on 2nd oct 2014 with MY HAPPY JOURNEY. As I reached Manali and paid the balance amount to the Travel Agency, Next day there was nobody ready to deliver his services even after rigorous follow up with the local guide, trip organizer including higher officials. It was really a disaster & terrible to manage the trip from myself at the time of peak rush.
All the day they used to lie about programme ahead & finally wasted my whole day then enforced the plan as per their wish. Local guy was unaware of the plan and misbehaved & threatened us of dire consequences with cancelling my Volvo ticket also. I had such a bad experience with MY HAPPY JOURNEY in this trip that I have lost my faith in any such agency. Such irresponsible & misbehave action by MHJ brings bad name for other Travel Agencies also.
Further to notice that they people have shown as I am using facilities for free & should oblige to them as I am not facing worst. They also promised to refund partial amount accounted for local trip non-service even that was not kept & proved to be false.

never ever go with this travel agency... worst experience... i had sponcered a honeymoon package for a newly married couple to kerala... as soon as they reached the hotel in munnar, there was no one to recieve them... noone in the reception... after waiting or ten minutes, they tooknthe couple to their room.. that was the room with no fan also ... n no tv remote... they had mentioned in their itinery that ther will b a LED tv... it was jus a portable tv... mainly, for the main door, there is no proper lock... they r honeymoon couple n ppl in the hotelmr telling jus to adjust with the keys without bolts... n no fan... i agree that is hill station... but sometimes v definitely need it... dinner was not included in their package so i paid extra 1500.00₹ for two dinner only for two couple... so 750₹ for one dinner for both... hope u can expect atleast ten items in ur food... bcz normally in buffet, we get close to 20 dishes worth 250₹ or 300₹... here it was just a chapati, dal, fried rice n curd rice with kurma... thats it for their dinner... second night dinner was still worst- ghey skipped fried rice also... third day they left to alleppy with private cab... totally rash driving till they reach... after reaching boat house, again the same problem -fan is not working... we hd booked an ac room... they dont oswitch on ac in the noon... it will b top sunny n there is no fan also... those couple couldnot stay in the room without fan... totally a WORSTEST experiece... that too we had sponcered for them... please dont go with this travel agency...
I had very bad experience with My happy journey during my visit to Kerala recently. Initially they increased the amount on pretext that better quality hotel being provided. The driver of the vehicle was very rude. The standard of hotel at Kovalam Hill and beach resort was far below the desired and not worth money paid.I would recommend never ever book your package through My happy journey. Service is very poor and cost is very high.
Very very very worst experience ...please guys really don't go through My happy journey .they are really cheating to people.i am having a worst experience in December 2016 Kerala tour.they first given me one package and told me to transfer Rs 20000/- in there account.I done my both side reservation inform them, after that they told me your package cost being higher. you need to pay more amount otherwise we will cancel your tour.
I paid extra amount as per demand because on this eleventh hour we don't had an option.this doesn't stop here, Driver provided was very rude, as we left chochin, he was not interested to show any places as per itinerary he just waste our time.we tried to make compliant to my happy journey but nobody received our call, representative from my Happy journey had left his job.In last two days driver make argument with us and refused to drive. Guys many more things are there, but only request is don't waste your hard earned money, and time more precise than money.because we tried to spend some quality time with our family.and companies like this destroy our planning...thank you.

Did you pass on the message about change in price before recieving payments or did you confirm client before committing to him about the change in the rates. There are cuttof dates for the bookings to Travel agents while doing the booking you could have booked rooms and informed Mr. Gaurav about the current availability and the Rates. Is your terms and conditions shared during quote or any other later stage?
