Please update about the status of my order. Your Tracking replies only under process and your both customer support phone numbers doesn't work. I paid for online purchase only because I couldn't wait for stock in the near by shops. But now its 5th day i paid Rs. 9979.00 through my HDFC credit card, and till no response from your side. I found many similar complaints regarding your service from online complaint forums. So I request you to give me the dispatch details ASAP or please refund the amount at the earliest, i will provide my account details on request.
