I had placed an order for deliver of a bouquet on MyFlowerTree. The order form on their website asks for a deliver date and gives options for time of delivery. I had selected for delivery in Mumbai on 15th before12noon and settled the payment using my credit card.
The order has not been delivered till now. Their website provides 2 contact numbers India:+[protected] or[protected]. Both numbers are either not reachable or ring unanswered. They also give the options of sending consumer complaints to [protected]@myflowertree.com or dropping queries via an online chat window. Despite sending emails and queries on the chat window, no response is received.
Order tracking mechanism on the website shows the order as delivered, but the bouquet of flowers has not been received.
I am beginning to think that this company is fraud and would like to alert all consumers to not use their services. Am happy to provide my order number and credit card statement as evidence if required. Was this information helpful? |
