HI,
I ordered a pair of sandals,through "www.myntra.com" on 18/DEC/2011. and i got the status of the shipment as "dispatched" from myntra on 19th Dec.
The consignment is suppose to be delivered on 25th DEC,as they mentioned.but till date i didn't received my goods.
I tried calling myntra every day from 21st Dec,as on this day it is received to pune through Quantium courier service.every time they ask me to hold on call,and after few minutes they reply like "we will follow up the things and call you back in few minutes sir",and they never turned back.
its 8 days fro now,since the goods delivered to pune quantium courier service.till date i even didn't received a call from either myntra or quantium explaining the delay of deliver.
i don't know,what might might be the reason for the delay,but as a consumer,i demand proper explanation fro this delay.and i want to claim compensation for the failed service from myntra.
