[Resolved]  N. A — Income tax remittance

Dear sir,
Today I went to SBI/KTDC Building, Ernakulam for remitting 3rd instlment of income tax in respect of my son, Ranjit Viswanath.I was in front of the counter at 9:50 A.M(The first man on the counter).At 10.00A.M one of the staff appeared on he counter and took the application form as well as remittance amonut of Rs 5000/.He told me to collect the receipt in the evening, or else I have to wait.I just waited in front of the counter.He was taking remittace from the others.

After waiting for long time, I saw th security handing over the receipt of remittance to another person who remitted the money after me.I rushed inside he computer cabin and omplained to the person.His reply to me was there is rule in the bank to give preference to Doctors and some other prsonalities which is the first time information to me. Also he asked me not to enter the cabin again.

I complained to the Manager.His attitude was also very cold.He was just enquiring the staff about the matter and was just hearing to their reply.

Since I cmplained to the Manager, the staff made deliberate delay for me .I again went to Manager's cabin and complained.But he was not at all serious.He was just enquiring his subodinates over phone about the matter.Strange Person!

Finally I received the document at 10:45 A.M. My document no.was put as 3 instead of 1

Please make a detailed enquiry and take appropriate action.Such staff are a burden for the bank and will surely destroy the name of the bank.
