We had placed an order of Palm Treo 750 Mobile on dated 28th of July 2009 order No.32213. It is very strange that after committing for one week delivery period, till date it is not been delivered. Hence kindly cancel the above order. We can drag you in the court for poor services and for harrassment. I am however giving a complaint in consumer forum so that others do not suffer.
I had a very bad experience with naaptol.com. My sincere advise to those who are searching and ordering any product, it will not be executed. Kindly do not waste your precious time and energy instead go to any local shop and pay 100 Rs.extra but be secure in quality, services and choice. Kindly do not trade on naaptol. It is a search engine for products but your search will never end for getting the product.
I have booked one ephone dual sim and I received a damaged piece and pay total amount on receipt of handset without opening the seal. I immediately compained to naaptol customercare and resend the piece through the courier and again I recieved more damaged piece again resend the same till date I have not received the handset and refund. Please help me to receive refund.

When i contact this number & after very long on hold they tell me to pay Rs.500- appx as handling charges.Naaptol people trying to make fool to other because they did not mention in their sms about any handling charges(Rs.500- handling charges for a wrist watch, a joke). i am from nainital and i am very much disagree with ur performance of dilivering the product i think i was a foolish and this was my lifes biggest mistake that i have had ordered this product i have booked my camcorder 20days before and even this time i am getting arrogant reply from ur custumer carers and havent got my product shame on u my dear i was not knowing this otherwise i would have escaped from the biggest mistake of my life

i am rajakumar from vizag. i received boss e phone 3300 on 07/05/2010. on the same day i switch on the phone.but no display coming. after that i spoke to some customer care excuitives .they told me to return the phone for replacement.i sent my phone on 08/05/2010 through the postal service. now 10days over.but no information from naaptol side.i am very disapponited about this. kindly give me the information.awaiting for your reply.
