my name is pinki varma, I ordered a e-phone (boss e3300), my order no. is 155756[ order verified order no; [protected]] I recieved the phone in 1 week. it was not functioning properly.the company asked us to return the phone by courier.I returned the e-phone by DTDC on 20th february 10., copy no.is *A17586739* from Ahmedabd, Naroda GIDC.then after 8days i called at [protected], & i got answer that, u will get your phone within 10 days, after ten days again i called, & again i got this answer, u wil get your phone within 10days, and i havnt recieved yet, i have all recording who i talk with this companys emplooy, strict action should be taken against this company, and i will copmlain in consumer court if i wont get my phone within 10 days,
