I HAD PLACED AN ORDER WITH NAAPTOL.COM BASIS THE ADVERTISMENT WHICH THEY HAD RELEASED IN "MAIL TODAY" IN NOVEMEBER'10.
THE ORDER WAS VIDE # 1042169 FOR A BLACKBERRY 8830 SPRINT HANDSET .
I MADE THE PAYMENT OF RS 6199/- & THE SET WAS DELIVERED AT MY PLACE ON 14th dec'10vide the courier company ARAMEX AIRWAY BILL # [protected] .
WHEN I RECEIVED THE HANDSET & WANTED TO INSTALL MY CDMA NUMBER ( RELIANCE ) THE SET WAS NOT WORKING.
I WENT TO RELIANCE CENTRE WHO INFORMED ME THAT THE SET WILL NOT WORK UNDER CDMA CONNECTIONS IN INDIA .
I WAS SURPRISED THAT HOW CAN A ONLINE INTERNET COMPANY DUPE GULLIBLE BUYERS LIKE THIS.
I PLACED MANY CALLS WITH THE COMPANY # [protected] AND THEY ASKED ME TO SEND THE HANDSET BACK TO RITCO TECH CO
AT 336,UDYOG VIHAR, GURGAON PHASE 2, TEL # [protected].
I SEND THE SET THRU BLUEDART VIDE AIRWAY BILL # [protected] ON 5TH JAN'11 AND ASKED THEM TO MAKE THE REFUND TO ME . FROM THAT DATE THE CALL CENTRE PEOPLE ARE HARRASING ME & ON EVERY CALL THEY GIVE ME A NEW EXCUSE .
ON 17TH JAN'11 I CALLED & TALKED TO AVNISH WHO GAVE ME THE COMPLAINT # 411803 .
ON 25TH JAN'11 WHEN I CALLED AGAIN TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY REFUNDS AND HAD A TALK WITH JAGDISH WHO SAID THAT THE EXACT REASON FOR COMPLAINT & REFUND WAS NOT THERE.HE HAS MADE THE CHANGE & REFUND WILL BE THERE IN NEXT 2-3 DAYS.
I CALLED AGAIN ON 31ST & HAD A TALK WITH ANOTHER LADY ANKITA .SHE SAID THAT THEY WILL NOT BE MAKING THE REFUND & THEY WILL GET THE REPAIRED SET BACK.
I WANTED THE TELEPHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS OF NAAPTOL, BUT TO MY UTTER SUPRISE THE LADY SAID THAT I CAN CHECK THE SAME FROM INTERNET.
I CHECKED FROM THE NET BUT THE TELEPHONE # GIVEN IS NOT RESPONDING .
I NEED HELP AS THERE IS NO WAY FORWARD WHICH I CAN VISUALISE HERE & THE COMPANY SEEMS TO BE A FRAUD WHICH IS DUPING PEOPLE LIKE THIS.
