I have Purchased Blackberry mobile pearl 8110 for rs 6199 with handling charges. delivered on 11 feb 2011 by seeing add in Times of India.The handset had problem of restrating it used to get restrat in the midst of the call and line used to disconnect on the same time when I openend the piece and I immediately complaint on the phone to the Naaptol customer care number on [protected] and [protected] but they told me that you have to contact Ritco Tech Co on[protected] and[protected] after lots of efforts for several days continously calling them at Gurgoan on STD I was able to Speak Sheetal and she suggested me to re -charge mobile through USB port from your Desk top I did that but same problem.Then again I did series of call to gurgoan again to talk to sheetal then another girl Shikha came on line and again I have explain entire episode then she gave me another Idea please chenge your mobile Battery which She told me you have to purchase by your own. One of my friend suggested me to go to Blackberry gallery at khar, I did that and their I learnt new thing the handset I have is T Mobile which is a mobile of abroad in which they break the password and sell it in India through these dot com Companies so the Blackberry guys were not ready to touch this mobile and told me you have to send this mobile to from where you have purchased.
Again I call Naaptol guys they told me you have to send it to Ritco tech at Gurgoan at your expense I was passing through nightmare of my life as I earn very less and some from my earning I saved 6500 to purchase this high profile mobile.but it was my big mistake.I spend 500 on courier guy through blue dart to Gurgoan ( Ritco tech) and they again send me back after 15 days without reparing it but this time just by repacking it I was happy to recive the pack and I thought now my problem is solved but when I openend the problem was not solved .
I again spoke to Ritco guys Again this time new guy by the name of Pandey he was so convicing Sir Iam there no need to worry your problem will solve I will send my pckup guy and I will make this piece repair and send it you by then I was also in touch of Naaptol guys their manager Sharad spoke to me and then disconnect the line from that day onwards he is not comining on line the frontline desk speaks to me and every now and then new guy and same old story i have to repeat with them.
Then all of sudden fire caught in the Ritco office which their person Pandey told me he was very good in spinning the tale so these guys were not able to serve anyone and again on 14/4/2011 I send them on my expense through Aramex courier to Ritco tech on my expense of 400 Iam after them to refund my money which they agree to but not release the money on the 21st of may 2011 Naaptol guys told me that they have got my refund from Ritco which naaptol and ritco has confirm to me and they also took my Account no where they will deposit in & working days which have not yet been completed according to their way.
Iam worried the six months warrnty time is getting over in July 2011 Iam thinking these guys are just buying time to complete the warranty deadline.
Waiting when I will get my hard earn money back along with my expenses that is courier amount 900 and mobile with handling 6200 that amounts to 7100 plus mobile expenses which is amount to be at least 1500 so total 8600 . Was this information helpful? |
