[Resolved]  Naaptol / EPhone — Duplicate imei no

I was purshase an e phone on 22-10-09 from naaptol (my purchase code no is 75902), navi mumbai and this phone has been received by the blue dart corrier (No [protected]) and paid Rs. 5200/- in favor of naaptol .
But this product is very faulty. this is not switch on before the 4 days and this IMEI no is duplicate. I want to contect with costomer center of naaptol but by the costomer serive of the naaptol is not good. they are not want solution of my phone. Naaptol cheat me.

So pls. sir, return my money and i will return my EPhone to Naaptol.

I had ordered an e phone on 01-11-09 from naaptol it's reference no. was given [protected], order was made from PATNA(bihar) and this phone has been received by the harpriya corrier (No.[protected]) and paid Rs. 5449/- in favour of naaptol .
But this product is very faulty. I want to contact with customer center of naaptol but by the customer service of the naaptol is not good.They don't wanna solve the problem. Naaptol has cheated me.
Before I take any serious action against this service I kindly request you to take some action and let me not go so further.

I ordered for spy pen 8GB, and on delivery paid Rs. 1690/- but when opened the pouch, found that USB drive was not there, meanwhile the courier boy went away.there after I made complaint but not heard till date by naaptol. My order no was 42794 dated[protected]. This is a cheat and nothing else. Till date my spy pen is without cap. so please let me know what to do. if no body hear to you despite paying full money in cash.

I have purchased EPhone from Naaptol, Mumbai dt.[protected] my order No.49579 but recently Indian Govt. Ban to China mobiles and duplicate IMEI no. then i have found my hand set duplicate IMEI no. and reject my calls from my handset. I have already pay Rs. 5000/- to Naaptol. Naaptol give 6 (six) months warranty. Naaptol cheat me.

I dont want any xcuse to naaptol, but naaptol doesn't work properly.

So I request to all the customers pls dont get the from naaptol.

I was impressed by the user and expert review about the ephone from the naaptol.com website. But when i asked them if i can see the gadget before buying it, they clearly refused me about that and also when i asked about the complaints from previous customers, they said that there were no complaints regarding the phone.
1]. They were not providing exact information about the phone.
2]. They were lying to the customers.
3]. I clearly saw a fraud in their service.
