I am Sajeesh K a serving soldier now posted at Delhi. On 14 Oct 2010 I have booked Wespro Q 5000 smart QWERTY dual SIM mobile and Wespro DV 138 3.1 Mega Pixel digital camcoder through Naptol. The order number is 878085. On 27 Oct 2010 a parcel was reached at my post office (Pinarayi, Dist Kannur, State Kerala). My brother paid a sum of Rs 4199/- and receive the parcel. After opened the parel it was found that the box is empty. Soon my brother informed to me that the box is empty. At that time I contact with the Naptol agents through telephone. They said to me that to launch a complaint against it. I launched a complaint at Naptol and the complaint number is 332326.
After repeated reminders through telephone there was no action has been taken from the company. At last they said to me that to send back the empty box to Wespro Co-Op. As per their instructions I send back the empty box to Wespro Co-Op Mumbai through professional courier. But they did not accept the courier and send it back. Now they can’t take any action on the above subject and I loss my money which was I get during my 24hrs tough duty.
In view of the above you are requested to take a strict action against the company. I have already spends lots of money to getting the product. But it take my valuable time and money.
