[Resolved] Naaptol / Levis Jeans — material not received after approx. one month

I have purchased a levis jean pant from naaptol online . The payment option was net banking , received SMS from naaptol that the material has been despached through one ARAMEX courier.Several times after that i contacted the customer care and being answered of getting the material within two days(each time the same phrase). But till date it is unseen.Surprisingly today i received an SMS as "your order no.... has been delivered,thank you shopping with naaptol". SEVERAL OF MY FREINDS HERE MET WORST DEALINGS WITH NAAPTOL.
