I have purchased a spy pen from NAPTOL in 16th oct. ( Order No 883657.COD basis. Upon checking I found the same as faulty & after discussing with the customer care of naptol.com ( ph :[protected]) I have sent back the spy pen to UTC dehli through blue dart courier After that I have spoke many times with the customer care of M/s Naptol.com for refund of my money but till date they have not yet returned nor any call have come from them…Please help

ye naap tol type ke sare hi faltu hain .Jara sochiye inka agar product itna hi achcha hota to kyo itna gala fad prachar karte.inke chakkaron me mat pada karen.main bhi apne 1000 lost kar chuka hun tab akla ayi,

I had ordered for a spy camera pen as I was looking for it reason being I work with management services group as we have to do auditing for presentation. I have purchased a spy pen from NAPTOL in jan2011 ( Order No. 1196622 COD basis. Upon checking I found the same as faulty & after discussing with the customer care of naptol.com ( ph :[protected]) untill now spy camera does not work properly
