Dear Sir,
Please refer the mail below. This is to inform you that we have placed an order with Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt.Ltd.(herein thereafter referred to as 'Naaptol'or 'The Company')) based on the advertisement given by the company in the newspaper 'The Times Of India - New Delhi' Saturday, 16/10/2010 on page no.28 for WESPRO Mini Laptop with WIFI Connectivity (warranty 1 year). Based on the advertisement I had placed an order with the company through a purchase order No.886904 dated 16/10/2010 at 18.10 pm for buying a Mini Laptop of Wespro.
But this is to inform you that the product delivered to us is of SIGMA with a warranty of six months. We have a persistent discussion with their executives but no satisfactory response has been received from their side.
At the last we are writing this mail to you inorder to get the justice.
Your immediate help is required to resolve the matter.
Best Regards
Subhash Arora

Dear Manu Aggarwal,
This is in relation to the mail below. This is with reference to my telecon with your executive Mr. Vijay at 1.40 pm dated 24/10/2010. It has been confirmed by him that the order placed by the customer is of WESPRO and not SIGMA.
Futher, per discussion with your another executive Mr. Pappu Mehta yesterday, he informed that we have placed an order for SIGMA.
Could you please confirm whose statement is more trustworthy. Please note that we have placed an order for WESPRO and not SIGMA. We are facing acute inconvenience and we have already invested much time in co-ordinating with your executives.
The matter is of grave concern and you are requested to please look into the matter seriously inorder to prune the risk of any legal consequences and maintain fruitful customer relationship.
Best Regards

Dear Manu Aggarwal,
At the outset I would like to inform your Company Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt.Ltd.(herein thereafter referred to as 'Naaptol'or 'The Company')) had given an advertisement in the newspaper 'The Times Of India - New Delhi' Saturday, 16/10/2010 on page no.28 for WESPRO Mini Laptop with WIFI Connectivity . Based on the advertisement my father Mr. Subhash Arora had placed an order with the company through a purchase order No.886904 dated 16/10/2010 at 18.10 pm for buying a Mini Laptop of Wespro.
In this regard, I would like to inform you that the product was delivered to us through courier on 23/10/2010 in a box with No marking on it about the specifications of the product. On opening the box, it was very painful to noticed that the product that was ordered on the basis of the company's aforesaid advertisement was not the same. The laptop ordered for WESPRO brand but we have been delivered the laptop of SIGMA brand.
On sharing the same with the company's executive Mr. Atul Sharad and Mr. Pappu Mehta on 23/10/2010 and after persistent request to them for the replacement of the product they showed no proactive initiative in listening the consumer complaint and showed no sign of help towards the customer .
Further, this is to inform you that we have already invested much time in communicating with your executives but all went in vain.
Therefore, at the last we are writing this mail to you and your immediate help in this regard is required inorder to mitigate the risk of any legal consequences.
In case of any further clarifications, we would be glad to share the same with you.
Awaits your earliest reply.
Kind Regards
Amit and Neha Arora
