Naaptol — non receipt of product

some serious action against naptol should be taken

I REQUEST THE AUTHOITY THE COMPLAINT SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOULY AND CAMERA MUST BE AT LEAST REPAIR.

I BOOKED TCL DIGITAL CAMCORDER THEY SEND THE SMS ORDER NO & YOUR MATERIEL WILL DES PATCHED IT WILL REACH U WITH IN 5 DAYS, BUT NO ONE CALL ME / NO CURIER PERSON TURNED UP.
THE CURRIER NAME IS ARAMEX BUT IN THE SITE I ENTER THE AWB NO THEY MENTIONED NO ONE @HOME/ COULD NOT REACH LIKE THAT THEY MENTIONED. AGAIN I CALLED UP NAPTOL PEOPLE THEY SAID AGAIN WE WILL DESPATCH YOU, SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIYANCE.

BUT AGAIN THE SAME STORY CONTINUE, SO FAR I AM NOT RECD THE METERIALS.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN NAPTOL & ARAMEX CURRIER.

Ihave booked my order for digital pen camera almost one and half month ago but inspite of several telephonic requist made to naptol time and again for early dipatch of product but same have not received till now every time they assured that your order will reach in 2-3 days.I am almost fed up with naptol and want some serious action against them.

I HAVE ALLREDY TALK WITH MY ADVOCATE. If ihave not received within 2 - 3 days some serious action against them.
