Dear Sir,
I had allready submited all the formilities regarding Birth certificate of my daughter on dated 27.10.10 at Nagar nigam Zone i.e. Saket Nagar office but till date the certificate not issued, The gender of my daughter was also mentioned "Male" in place of "Female" and later it was corrected, pls find the details of my daughter and provide the birth certificate on urgent basis

dear sir,

i request for birth cert. my daughter anjali khandelwal-born on 20.08.1990 at sunanda nursing home rajwada;

wrongly issue date mantioned 30.8.1990 result passport authority not issued the passport in time.

after resumitt on 16.12.2011 for correction reply same will be collect on 20.12.2011
before this when i request for form .not accept without photo graphs . & 10marksheet;

while i enclsed nursung home cert. for issuing birth cert. after this all paper summited not accept & required 2 photo graphs instead of 1 photo graphs,


result i get birth cer. too late,


i request pls co oprate with people & solve the problem earliest, so we happy & say our indore nagar nigam

is best

But no response these dogs are very dangerous we
Can't send our kids out to play ...dogs are fighting and barking
