i have a complaint against a restaurant in vasant kunj by the name of NAN-KING chinese cuisine restaurant for serving a diet coke can and beer bottle on the table and not charging the M.R.P written on it where as it is a rule by our government that if anything is served in a restaurant and has a M.R.P on it . it cannot be charge at an higher price but in this case i was charged by four to five times of the M.R.P price printed on the diet coke can which was served to me on the table .
so i wish to file a serious complaint against this restaurant operating in vasant kunj by the name of NAN-KING . please look in to this matter before many more customers like me face this problem. i also complaint them that they are doing wrong by not charging the M.R.P but they completely ignored the fact that it was a serios mistake they had done and were least bothered and said we can do as we please. so for proof i have taken a few pictures from my phone as well and kept a copy of the bill for the date of 19th JUNE 2012.
