Delay in delivery of LPG Cylinder
Dear Sir,
This is not first time to delay in delivery of LPG Gas cylinder I am complaining against the Bharat Gas distributor i.e. National Gas Service SCF 23-24 Red Square Market Hisar -125001 Haryana Code-54871 for not supplied LPG Gas Cylinder in time.Recent case is I have got Cylinder booked via Telephonically on dated 28.07.2011 for connection No 6141 and on enquiry when this Cylinder would be not supplied it was told that they would take 10 days . I made a phone call to the concerned Gas Service after 10 days a lady on reception told me that they had given the delivery coupon to delivery man for supply of cylinder i.e.17.08.2011 But no cylinder has been supply at my residence I made again a phone call i.e.24.08.2011 a lady reception attend the telephone and same language was repeated. I again enquired about the delivery of Cylinder, by personally meet with Manager Mr. Radhe Shayam i.e. 25.0802011 Mr. Radhe Shayam ensure me that delivery of Cylinder must be supplied Today but the fact is that , No cylinder has been supplied to my residence up till now. I would like to request to authority concerned to look into the matter and make arrangement for immediate supply of gas cylinder without any further dealy. This kind of problem may not arise again it the high time to take action against the errant dealer and supply man who are reported to have engaged in selling of cylinder in black market depriving the consumer from not having gas cylinder.
I hope an action in the matter will be taken at an urgent basis.
