Policy no. 450200/48/07/[protected] dated 13.04.2007 proposed/prchased by Late Shri Vivek Kapoor (my brother).
As per policy schedule/company phamphlet in event of death of fees giving parent both children were covered for Rs 5 lac each.
But ater the death of Shri vivek Kapoor on 25.11.2007 when claim was lodged company denied the claim.Our efforts to convince the company through long correspondance were futile.
Later on, by approaching The Public Grievance Cell Government of India, Company accepted the claim but for Rs 5 lac only.
But after that we are not receiving any proper reply from Director of Public Grievance also. Two times we sent reminder to them. Their reply is that they are examining the matter with company.
This is causing harrassment to the children of the deceased specially to the son who is preparing for entrance exams after 12th and at Lucknow with his mother Mrs Rajni Kapoor Widow of the deceased.
With passing time family is losing interest on the big amount of Rs 10 lac.
Please get justice to the children and widow of the deceased and oblige.
