[Resolved]  National Insurance Mediclaim through Bank of India — No communication, ID cards, Hospitals and other details from TPA

I bought a mediclaim policy from National Insurance in Dec 08 and got it renewed it again last week. Even after 1 year the TPA has not sent ID card and any communication about hospitals for cashless services.
