The National News Agency, Baddi Himachal Pradesh raises inflated bills for supply of News Papers and if some one dares to ask for details of charges made his supply of news paper is stopped.
The non payment of bill does not hit the news paper agent as he begins the supply only after receiving a hefty advance. Kindly intervene and save this practice of black mailing and fleecing.
The attached copy of bill for Sept 11 for two no news papers i.e. Punjab Kesri and Times Of India is self explanatory.
