Sub : Unauthorized charges, improper use of powers, residing without valid documents and even using the premises for commercial purpose without written NOC of the society
We being the members of Navrebaugh Coop Hsg society located opposite the 9 No platform Kurla (East) would like to let you know about the in discrepancy in the society bills as the money derived from the telecom towers erected on each of the wing is being used without the consent of the society members. We as society members are unable to ask questions with regards to the billing and any other matters due to their stubborn nature and there dominating and insulting attitude towards the members. Our society has not yet been handed over the conveyance from the builder even after more than 20 years of its approximate construction.
We would also like to request you to kindly inspect the agreement, registration and the stamp duty documents of all the flat owners and garage owners who are illegally using their garage and flats with the water and electricity connection for commercial purpose without the written N.O.C of the society since many years.
