VERY LATE DELIVERY (After 15-20days)

My consumer number is 6572. I have booked the gas 31th August 2011, but they are not delivering the cylinder in time. Even today dated 12th Sep, 2011 i am still doing follow up for gas but they stupid people over phone every time said daily - tomorrow it will deliver mam.

Their phone numbers 28544965, 28544966, 28547187, all are useless. IOC has to introduce some SMS or e-mail systems with their authorised agency, so that consumers can contact them and maintain an excellant customer support. No one is their who can take these things seriously.

My consumer number is 46. I have booked the gas 15th Sept. 2011, but they are not delivering the cylinder till date.
