On the above subject, it is submitted that on dated 02.01.2012 while i was went to my office Central Excise Range-III, Phool Bagh, Bhiwadi, there was miss happening that i have lost my two cylinders when vehicle was jump over the speed breaker. I have inquired all around Phool Bagh Circle, then i have lodge F.I.R. at Bhiwadi Police, Thana i.e. lodge at S. No. 7 of dated 03.01.2012 at FIR register at Bhiwadi police thana.
My Customer No. is 5034 S. V. No. 391168 dated 28.01.2006, Cylinder No. 651550 and 159 purchased from NCR Indane, Bhiwadi.
You are requested to please issue fresh cylinder.
Previously i have complaint was wrongly lodged. Sorry for inconvenient.
