I m Copy whole mail i had mailed to NDMC

I m still waiting for positive relpy from NDMC dept As replied from my compliant no 24125/26 that yellow lines will be demarketed as already parking area are demarkated by coloured paving stones and NDMC have more faith on contractors by asking him thats why i send a photograph of both of them so that contractor would not refused for the same.

As contractor voileted 4 rules of NDMC as per tender instead of penalising them (As per tender) NDMC having full faith on contractors

This type of incident happened with me repeatidily at same place thats why i m forced to mail to NDMC otherwise i would not

i would say a very unjustified reply from the NDMC department.

Instead of taking steps against contractor that they have voilated 4 rules of NDMC (As per tender) they have to penalised (as per tender rules)

Still its not happen and Contractor DADAGIRI Continues and People suffers

i m still hoping the best fron NDMC department

Every quarter starting from 118 to 148 in I Block of Sarojini Nagar has been constructed with a pillar at the front Verandah which supports the upper balcony of 1st floor quarter. But the same has been not constructed yet in Qtr No.122 of I-Block. Nowadays construction is being carried out in the verandah and Balcony of first floor for providing grill and iron door in the varandah, but the same also denied to me on the plea that the the House is not constructed with the pillar. Thus that is gone un-attended. It will remain as it is only in future also. Similarly inspite of several complaint with the concerned enquiry office, the iron grilled gate is not fitted with the Quarter.

You are, requested to get it done immediately so that ongoing installation of grill/gate etc can be put in the right way/time. Thanks. Ramesh Kumar, House No.122, I-Block, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi-110023.

Sub: Cemented water tanks are in use by a few residents of Sarojini Nagar

When it was ordered by Welfare's Civil Enquiries to dump all the cemented tanks that are used for water storage then why this is valid for some and not for others. People who are still using these cemented water tanks keep them open, does not clean them for long, which produces various breeds of mosquitos to spread diseases like malaria, dengue etc. Please would you take a step and get all cemented water tanks get dumped in Postal and telegraph flats in Sarojini Nagar area especially blocks like EPT and HPT. As far as I know, NDMC guys who all come for regular check ups for Dengue mosquitos have a note of all the flat numbers who all are using these tanks. Please look into this at the earliest.

Dear sir,
I am a resident of 267-A, FF, Masjid Moth, Near Uday Park behind Soth Extt. II. My house is near the newly constructed Mosjid Moth Polyclinic. There is a huge accumulation of Drain water due to clogging o[censored]nderwater drainage. The water is stagnating for last one month and it is a potential site for mosquito breeding. It is earnestly requested that necessary action may urgently be taken.

Dear Sir,

As Common Wealth games are approaching near I would like to take your kind attention towards removal o[censored]nauthorized encroachment on the NDMC/Govt. land in its area.This encroachment is in the heart of New Delhi 'A' Block Middle Circle Connaught Place in the back courtyard by the KABADI WALA , CAR WORKSHOP & TEA STALLS.

Sir, It seems that this area is not under your notice as this encroachment is been from many years . Due to this the area is under drugs addicts & Public place daytime drinking .Also as there are no strreet light in this area it results to other anti activities.

As NDMC assures removal of encroachment by unauthorized squatters immediately and other encroachment of pucca nature within 72 hours I would request you to take immediate action against this.

Dear Sir/Madam

Through this forum, i would like to draw the attention of concerned authorities towards a major problem faced by the residents of our colony (BD BLOCK,MIG FLATS,JANAK PURI, NEW DELHI 110058) because of several stray dogs . There have been instances of children being bitten and these dogs are mating and multiplying by the day.Residents are living in constant fear because of this and inspite of lodging several complaints,the authorities refuse to budge.

Therefore it is high time that our problems are addressed and i request the authorities to do the same at the earliest.

I am requested to you kindly realsed my Pension as soon as possable
I am 80 years old

Dear Sir,

I served NDMC for 29 years before I got retired in Jan.2005. I was employed by the corporation in Civil Engineering depptt. in Sarojini Nagar. I opened an account in SBI in Faizabad (U.P.). in this way I got my pension transferred into that account since my retirement.

Everything was fine until April, 2008 when all of a sudden my pension was stopped without any prior intimation and reason. I contacted SBI Faizabad and NDMC both, but nowhere had I got my issue resolved. On 9th Sep.2008, I got the SBI Faizabad account closed and opened a new account in SBI main branch in New Delhi hoping that i will not have to run 600km on every now and then to get this problem resolved. Anyhow, my pension issue got resolved and I was assured that I will be getting pension in SBI main branch account at regular interval of time.

As a retired person from Govt. service i am also eligible for VIth pay commission. When I found my pension not credited with effect of VIth pay commission, then i brought this thing in the knowledge of SBI main branch on 26th Dec.2008. They asked me to contact SBI Faizabad then at special request from my side; they wrote a letter to SBI Faizabad asking if any arrears pending in my account. Till today (23rd Feb.2009) I am waiting for response from any of the branches. Neither I got the arrears of IVth pay commission nor has my pension been revised as per this new pay commission.

I wanted to bring this into your column hoping to get any favorable response.

my house address is 18/3A, Kali Bari Marg, NeW Delhi, NGM[protected] and meter No is A79992.Since 21.11.2006 my electric bills were coming on provisional basis written as CP. I noticed it when for three consequitive period bills came amounting Rs 3554/- for the billing cycle June, August and October 2007.Then, I requested for change of meter.After that another two bills came marked as CP, of amounting Rs 2798/- and 1696/-.The person who came to change the meter during January 2008 asked for money but I did not agree. For just two period bill came without this type marking as CP and the amount was Rs 1009/- for billing cycle April 2008 and Rs.1449/-for June cycle.Billing Cycle August 2008 is marked as LP and DC and the bill amount is Rs2285/-which is much higher in comparison to the normal bills of previous two months. Therefore I request you to check my meter and replace the same as well as adjust the overpayment which I have made during the whole period. here is to again mention since November 2006 to till date I habe made over payment except the billing cycle of April and June 2008.
