[Resolved]  Nehru Zoological Park Hyderabad — collecting unauthorised money by zoo staff

On 27 January my domestic servant's family went to Nehru Zoological Park Hyderabad with their small children.Their financial condition is below poverty level,hence they had cooked lunch at home and carried their tiffin box to avoid further expenses on food,however to their misery they were told to pay Rs10 per tiffin box for security checking of their tiffin boxes including water bottle.Security check of tiffin boxes is perfectly alright keeping in mind the terrorist activities of the past in our country but becoming one like them and collecting unauthorised money in the name of security is totally criminal.They had to shell out Rs40/- for three tiffin boxes and a water bottle.Since they had gone to the zoo all the way from Shamirpet village paying bus charges they couldn't decide to come back without visiting the zoo as the rest of the transportation charges which they had paid for the bus will go waste and so they ended up paying extra Rs40/- apart from entry fee of Rs20/- each.This kind o[censored]nauthorized collection of money from public is totally unwarranted and I would request the concerned authorities to take some stern and quick action against the defaulters so that this kind of fleecing of poor families is immediately stopped so that even poor can think of some outing in our country.I sincerely hope that some action will be initiated to stop further damage.Further I would like to mention that I am a responsible citizen of our country and would not resort to false allegations and this complain is genuine and can be personally checked by the authorities themselves.I sincerely hope for a positive response.Thank You Very Much
