Nelson Dsouza — Miss behaviour of the Conductor

Conductor No[protected] for Bus no 5066 morning 8:30 am.
I travel daily from Santacruz Station Bust depo to Metro Estat stop daily since last 6 years every morning. Today When we are in quee for last 15 minits there was no bus allowed even there are few bus at the depo and suddenly the bus have been allowed whcih is far away from the stop. when we try to get in the bus the bus conductor ring the bill to move the bus even lots of passanger are entring the bus. We have aks the condutor why he has ring the bill before allowing the passangers to get in. He almost shouted on the top of his voice which was embarasing for us. The behaviour of the conductor was really insulting. The bus conductor aks us that we can make complaint of the same.
