Neltech — a company asking for the money to register and offering 10,00,000 and more for the fresher in Biotechnology

Sir, I got the mail from Times Jobs and in the Times jobs one Trainee-Biotechnology and offered 10,00,000 to 13,00,000 P.A. and I found the address and call the head office and they send me Job selection -order and money Rs.1200 on favor of NELTECH.
I know that this company is cheat because they offer such a huge amount for fresher.
They do not have official website and license number.
