I would like to introduce myself as one of the customer of Nerola Paints for the past 30 years.
I had been regularly using their distempers and paints to paint my house for the past 30 years. But after seeing the advertisement of nerolac excel brand, I changed my mind and decided to paint my house with nerolac excel.
For that I had purchased about 70 litres of nerolac excel from one of their dealer at Palakkad Town, Kerala State.
My painter had done his job very well. Previously my house was painted with whitish pink (nerolac washable distemper). Before applying nerola excel, my painter thoroughly cleared the previous painting marks. I had selected orange shade nerolac excel. He had painted my house with 3 coats of nerolac excel. I had impresed with the finishing of their product. This happens nearly 10 months back.
My house is partly shadowed by a tree in to nearly two halfs.
Now I am coming to the problem.
Now my house is looking like tinkered automobile before paiting. The reason is that, the tree shadowed portion of my house is looking fine, but the unshadowed porting where sunlight directly touching becomes faded and brush mark are seen throughout. Hence it is very shameful to view my house on day time. My friends and relatives are asking why this happens and I could'nt able to answer them about the actual fault happens.
