I have made 5000 recharge for my online gaming ace2three.com on 6th march via CC avenue using my IOB net banking , transaction had come out un-successfull. but till today money not credited my account. where as the transaction unsuccessed but still the account deducted for the 5000. i have logged a complainet to the ace2three.com but they have not resolved my issue till today.

I have had the same issue also and they have not responded to it. Have you been able to get this resolved.
