This complaint is regarding transaction from my account number. The transaction of Rs 10,000 has been made on 29 July 2011 (POS [protected] NET SAFE PURCHASE) having Ref Number 2892257.
I want to make it clear that I have not made any such transaction from my account. Still the money has been deducted so I want my money back into my account and please check how these kind of things ever happen without using my password.
I also want to complain about unavailability of customer care support for these type of issues. It really makes life tough.
