This has been happened to me as well.. i agree with the gentleman, infact i have encountered the same issue in hyderabad, the associate agent with the NICE OVERSEAS IN HYDERBAD, With the name of GLOBAL CONSULTANCY . Conducted a interveiw in hyderabad by placing a advertisement in deccan chronicle ( A leading News Paper in Hyderabad ) for the openings of supervisor in sales and Manager in sales. As i have been for a interveiw and met with Mr Naseer ( This gentleman is a employee of NICE OVERSEAS ) and a forign delegate... they screened me and selected me as a supervisor in sales. Mr Naseer asked me to handover my passport, and education certificates which i did. then there was nothing left, Mr Naseer left to mumbai... and this associated agent from nice overseas remain closed all the time and they never answer the calls.. meanwhile i managed to speak Mr Naseer in mumbai ( after a month ), still this fellow was not clear with me... he was trying to hide, i have asked with this fellow many times is this safe that i am handovering my passport and education certificates, he replied yes...then there was no call, no visa, no passport, no answer... finally i able to trace this global team ( after a 2 months hunt )then requested to return me back my passport and education certificate... after a lot of tricks i managed to get out of this. my question is why they have choosen such a cheap crap in the town??? I am married guy, and committed to my family... i have suffered a lot because of this issue without job for 2 to 3 months and have spent my much time just to finding this fellows.. infact they were asking me to deposit money, and medical... after 2 months.. i havent feel it safe.. so i came rid of it...my message to nice overseas is ...Please dnt come out with false commitments.. you never know how the people are suffering in this world... if you cant help anyone please dont ditch anyone... jazak allah...
