[Resolved] Nift — Unprofessional behaviour

Reasepted sir, I had sent a courier to district siwan (Bihar) on 8th april 2009 which consisted books from the professional couriers, hks, new delhi. The person responsible said that the courier will reach in 3 - 4 days but it has been 9 days and it has not reached yet. I went to inquire the person and he gave me wrong number and also he did not take correct steps to rectify the situation. He has charged me rs 90 / - for the service but yet the result is not desirale. I once again went today 16. 04. 2009 and i asked him but now this guy is not taking it serious and instead "he said madam jo hota hai kar lo. . . Mai bhi dekhata hun". This on his part was wrong and thus i m sending a complain against the service and the guy too for his unprofessional and rude behaviour. Now please take this seriously and get me a solution to it. NIFT — CREDIT CARD NOT RECEIVED

Dear sir,

I have applied for credit card in axis bank
I received my application refernc no. But i have no reply to the bank and not received my credit card. My application number is 536847 and i got sms from axisbank your cridit card bill of rs 224. 72 with due date14. Jan 2008. I have not received card then how i can pay the amount i don't know what u people doing whether you cheking properly

This "the professional couriers" agency is very un professional and insane and even the service is pathetic so are the person concerned with it.

NIFT — Money Matter
