[Resolved] NIIT — DIFFERENT COURSEWARE (BOOKS) PROVIDED

hi I am undergoing training in advanced java course J2EE in NIIT DHARAMSHALA (HP) center but courseware(books) they are providing me are of different syllabus or course . In center they are teaching us J2EE through netbeans and books they are providing is using deploytool instead of netbeans, coding is totally different . One of my friend is studing the same course J2EE in NIIT KANGRA (HP) center and books provided to her is of SUN MICROSYSTEMS( vendor) books and is having the same syllabus or course and has coding of netbeans and has same demo's as given in the slides I have talked to the NIIT(DHARAMSHALA) head but they are saying that we have given you the correct books and they are not listening to us any more... Fees for the course is same in both center (DHARAMSHALA & KANGRA ) i.e. Rs- 5515/- Two weeks have gone but nothing has come out and they are not providing us the new updated books .. Hi...
I am doing training in advanced java at NIIT Dharamshala, Distt. Kangra(HP) but the course that they are providing me is different and the books given are different
I am doing the advanced java course (J2EE)
and in center the teacher teching us by NetBeans and the books are provided of deploytool(older used)
whose coding is totally different.
when i talked about this topic to the teacher who is teaching us is agreed that the books provided to u by the faculty are different and advised us to talk about this to the head, but the head is not understanding the problem and sai that the books are provided to u are correct
After, this i concern at the NIT Kangra Center. in this center the books are provided are of SUN Microsystems that are the correct books in which net beans is used and whole syllabus is matched also of advanced java and the fees is Rs.5515
When i told this to NIIT Dharamshla center they said that the NIIT Kangra Center is providing wrong course of advanced java (J2EE) and said that i am donig argue with them This is the limit crossing now 2 weeks are gone and only three chapters are covered, moreover as specified in NIIT course that this course(Advanced java-J2EE) is of 60 hours but they are not providing full time as mentioned and sometimes if they donot want to teach us they made some excuses like "kal light nahi ayegi, newspaper mein aaya hai" but when i read the newspaper fully there is no such news this shows that they spoiling other students carrier also
i have given Rs.2000 there are registration and now they are refusing to refund the money also...tell me what to do now ...
I have also done the Core Java Course there previously that was also not completed fully in the provided time and also no project is provided...
But this time same and limit crossing is going on that will not be spared ...
At last solution of this is that i am going to customers court...

Problem has been solved.. by mistake our newly teacher has issued a wrong courseware..
NIIT Kangra always take care their students... and now as we have completed 1 year our all students are satisfied and happy.
