[Resolved]  NIRLEP GAS STOVE — DEFAULT PIECE SOLD

I had bought a Nirlep gas stove (4 burner) from big bazaar 4-5 months back and from day 1 i have been facing issues with the same. I contact NIRLEP customer care many times with no response then i sent emails with no response. I contacted ASHOK CHAVAN, NIRLEP APPLIANCES LTD @
[protected] with very bad response. Each time i call him he gives me reasons like iam sending the person. From last 3 months the person has not reached my place. I would have called him and a person named bhaskar: [protected] atleast 100 times. Now they have stopped picking up my calls. If i call then from any other number they pick my calls and hang up. Its the worst customer experience i have ever had. KINDLY HELP.

NIRLEP GAS STOVE — one bought chulha is not working

I have bought a nirlep black pearl gas stove from future bazar, bearing serial no 0844686, which is under 12 months warranty, but one of its chulah is not working. Please look into the matter and get it resolved.

NIRLEP GAS STOVE(complaint) — Not working one of the burner

I bought the Oval NIRLEP GOLDLINE GAS TOP from Big Bazar with the product code[protected]. I too have the similar problem as above. Please look into this before warranty gets over...,

I had bougut a NIRLEP gas stove 4 burner oval shape from Big Bazar.
Within one yeare the body and the area around the burner has got rusted.
One of the burner has fell down due to RUST. I recommend not to buy this product. I have send a mail to NIRLEP COMPANY but no revert from them.

NIRLEP — nirlep gas stove

I recently bought a Nirlep gas stove, the body of the stove has been rusting away and now I can smell gas leaking. Checked the tube, etc, but apparently the leak is in the joints of the stove. Can you pls have this looked into.
