I have tried once again to renew my NIS subscription.
The Symantec website is the worst I have encountered anywhere.
I filled out the order form and then found it was for OSX 4 (I am running 3.9)
I did not download the product, but, can't find a way to cancel the order.
I cannot connect to your customer service site.
I seem to encounter this problem each time a subscription renewal comes up. Your website is as clear as mud.
How do I actually manage to pay to renew this subscription and get a credit for the wrong order?
