I have booked plot in Nitishree NH-58 project which was launched in 2005. I invested in this scheme in 2007. But till 2009 i have found there is no sign of the project completetion and each time there is an excuse from the builder. So i decided to take my money back. Builder has refunded me the 10 months Post dated cheques. When in this augest 2010 i submitted the cheques the cheques get bounced with the reason of stop payment. I enquired about the bouncing of the cheques from the company they said there is insufficeint fund with the company so they can not pay me the amount. This is the fate of many persons who applied in this scheme. So our dream shattered and we are left in lurch as we have invested our whole saving in this project and dealer has taken all of them with out thinking twice about our selves.
