[Resolved]  Nittany Technologies — Treating employees as slaves

Hi, I Would like to bring some thing to light about the company nittany technologies (indus bpo, synthesis healthcare etc the company has so many names) i am Working for last 6 months. I am really shocked after seeing the top level management treats the employees. I also suggest not to come for intervieW and in case you got selected please dont join. I Will explain you everything in detail noW.

> you have to sign for 1 year bond Which Will not be revealed to you untill you sign the appointment letter.

> you need to submit your X or XII or ug or pg mark sheet and Will not be given to you unill you resign/ relieve from the office.

> if you try to resign in the middle of 1 year you need to pay 3 month salary and With 3 month notice period.

> you Will be informed With some company policy and you should folloW and the management Will not folloW. you cant ask them you Will not have the ansWer.

> You Will not have mobile access inside the office premises and Will nt alloed to contact you parent, friends or anyone from office phones.

> You Will not be getting the exact salary mentioned in your appointment letter salary break up.

i have lot more to say. If you dont belive me, you need to meet employees Who Works there.

guys and girls i am not Writing this for time pass this is serious and telling for the Welfare of the your career. please dont Waste you career and time in nittany technologies or the name i specified above. take care your career...

I HAVE WORKED IN THIS COMPANY 10 MONTHS, NOW THE CONTRACT PERIOD RAISED TO 2 YEARS, THIS IS WORSE AND HARD TO SAY IF YOU ENTER INTO COMPANY RESTROOM, YOU WILL GET ALL DISEASE, PLEASE DONT JOIN THAT COMPANY, THIS IS MY REQUST NOT AN ADVICE PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I worked there for 1 year, it's a terrible experience. For freshers it's ok but for experience persons please don't join Nittany it's my personal advice.

Worst Company on the face of earth. Unfortunately the poor and the middle class go their company because of poor command over English language and get caught as slaves by giving them their 10th and 12th or degree original certificate where no organization take it even big IT majors like Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, HCL Wipro don't take original documents . We should go to court to put a stop to this kind of behavior.
My brother wokred their for a few months and had to resign due to bad health condition and we have submitted the medical certificate but they wanted all the scan reports of the diagnosis. We submitted all healthcare documents in the month of Jan 29th 2016 we are still yet to receive the original certificate. They are keep dragging us.

never get employed in that organization.

Yes every thing is true while submitting my certificate they are not told me there leave policies they have a strict leave policies if we took one day emergency leave they will cut two days leave and I worked there for twelve days only i not even got one month salary they asking me to pay 3000 to submit my 10th original certificate I have 6moths kid I have financial problems I can't pay 3000 they are cheating they told to pay if we worked one month only kindly some one help please
