[Resolved]  Nivea Shaving Cream — Cream is difficult to extract from tube and has hardened

I purchased Nivea shaving cream from a shop in Mumbai at Shivaji Park. Being a regular user of the shaving cream I was shock
ed at the bad quality and the hardened mass that came out from the tube. I tried contacting consumer cell number printed on the tube but no one is available at this number.
I am availing of your services to address my complaint and am hoping for a response from a company whose products I have always used.
