no idea — Power Failure

Everyday, the electricity gets cut during the whole night atleast 10 times. This is causing a lot of issues in the locality and there is a continous fluctuation as well and the big thing is no one is respnsible and not even pick the phone at complaint centre (Bijli Suvidha Kendre - A JOKE). They don't have any answer about smooth electricity. The department is fully corrupted...no doubt.

My name is Subhash Pai from Goa. I had applied for Car loan. However, my proposal is getting rejected as it appears that my name is figuring as a defaulter for non-payment of some loan, of which I am not aware of. As per my knowledge, I had not taken any such loans. Hence, I would be obliged if you could give me details as to which loan is outstanding, at the earliest

Hi Team. I have been getting too many meesages from [protected] since past 2 months. The message states "Only for car owners (Married): A free 3 days 5 star luxury holiday voucher worth rs 15000. Please sms your Name, Car & Res location. U'll get details in 2 days"

I have never registered myself to any website nor have i entered my mobile number with any website as yet. I have no idea for how do i get this stopped. It is quite annoying to have 2 to 3 such messages on daily basis.

Dear Idea & Others Interested,

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED

I am having ARP corporate connection [protected], which means I have already paid rent for two years in Advance, Then Also incomig service deactivated. Now the SIM is useless. I Approached several times to Idea customer care, Idea Complaint Cell (198), Idea Nodal Officer, Idea Appellate Authority, Idea Grievance Cell. I wrote sevaral mails to all of these and there is no response, absolutely no response. Perhaps all are sleeping. It seems that Idea has developed expertise in harrassing customer and promoting customer harassment in their work culture. There is useless escalation matrix. 198 simply refuses to log a complaint.

My number is very important and its more than a month since services not working. I am having facing severe discomfort and lot many problems an all due to idea.

Remember an Idea can change the life. Indeed idea has changed my life, I have nowhere to go in idea.
