This price hike is unfair, unreasonable, unjustified, amounts to misrepresentation and hence, unacceptable B'coz flats are not ready, there is no boundary wall, no electricity, no water supply, no approache road, no window glazing, no fittings in toilets...and so on...

The quality of workmanship is poor. The door fittings are of Aluminium of very sub-standard quality & not in consonance with the price charged. The white wash is poor. You will have to redo the whitewash, paint as well as woodwork.

Then other works are getting connections for water, sewerage & electricity. NA tradition of corruption at every stage is hard to bear by persons like us. The construction of boundry wall or gates and as per information gathered from JE, it may take another year or two for completing that work. Friends, we are being given bad treatment by NA & we should strongly protest. NA should get all pending works completed. The road leading to flats is kacchha. There is no transportation presently available.

And I am still waiting for allotment of our LIG flats under the said scheme. It's been more than 4 yrs now.

For late registration authority had charged fine of Rs 100 per day. But if we see the present condition of sector 99 flats which is still far away from permanet electricity, water and road. Due to which no members are coming to stay their with their family. Hence, NAshould refund the penality charge.

Do we have any updates on this ?
I have read Amar Ujala and it says, Draw will happen near about Diwali.
Feeling like cheated please update if anyone any information.
