By profession my father is a businessman, in year 1984 (24year ago), my father had invested in property issued by NODIA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, UTTAR PRADESH, in a plot of 167 sqft,
After some period of time he found that that land had already occupied by some other person, he immediately contact to the authority, and thereby he came to know that land had one more registry of that XYZ person,
Authority concern person found their mistake and told my father that they will do something for this matter, but after a long period of time when they hadn’t done anything my father warned them to file a case, the moment they heard this, they had given him a tempting deal of issuing a plot of 400 sqft, my father said it is beyond our budget, so please give us only our original plot area, but these all things were nothing, they were just playing tricks with us.
I had suggested my father to file a case in Consumer Court against them but he is saying that if by chance due to any reason, if they make us wrong then we will not get anything.
And as authority itself is huge, they already have political contacts so they will make our case close by any mean.
Sir now my father is not in condition to fight further, it’s already been 24 years, this is all his lifetime saving.
One thing more I would like to tell you sir that we have all documents with us, I mean to say that we are absolutely legally sound on paper, we have all proofs of our registries,
Or I should say “The Ball Is In Our Court” LEGALLY.
Sir I humbly request you to please do something, you are now our last hope, please help us.
