This is regarding an industrial plot allotted by upsidc in the lottery scheme of 1989, and we have paid all the instalments on time, but after sending so many reminders we didn't get any possession and they have not refunded any amount even after cancellation the plot. Please tell me the way to proceed against it.

This is regarding the traffic lights of chora mode (which is near by stadium) which do not function properly, although all the lights of near by intersections are properly working, and also that when new kind of lights are installed every where then why this intersection is left to start the choas.
So please see to this and if possible issue an order for putting up new lights at this place which are visible at day time also and people do not jump it, by giving a excuse that the do not see it.

I have already submitted a letter on 5/2/09 informing that after my marriage my name has been changed from Sarita Rajpal to Sarita Gangwani. My address for correspondence has been changed from E-169 Ashok Vihar Phase 1 Delhi 110052 to B-97, Kalkaji New delhi 110019. I have arleady given a certificate for change of name issued by Department of Education, Delhi.
No response from NOIDA Authority, sector 6 regarding issue of NOC for residential plot L 71, sector 11, NOIDA inspite of sending so many reminders. Change of name from SARITA RAJPAL to SARITA GANGWANI after marriage.Pl do the needful at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
An Illegal and unauthorized Construction has taken place in
EWS flat no. 1/13 first floor ews flat Janta flat, jaan kalyan Apartment, Sector-82, noida-201304 converting
28 sq yard flat to 700sq yard flat. The Owner of house is using the house for
renting to tenants for extra income generation. Owner of house is falsely
claiming that she is having registry from Noida Authority for 700 Sq Yards. With
illegal stair case to roof.
By this construction an obstruction would be created in our house that will not
only going to affect the Air and water but sun too in our house.
Owner from Punjab along with his husband, son, bhahu with two children ( both
husband and his son drink and making problem
with us aggressive freighting
together with each other, damage and beat us . for them already 7 to 8 polish
complain also given by our neighbors. if
we file complaint and owner them used to
stand at our home half nacked taking advantage of illegal construction on
pretext that she is checking near by garter.
The illegal construction has covered the parking area
given by authority, sever line plotted by Noida Authority beneath his house
and made 4 big room spacious home for renting and living. And one big stair
case to the roof on my roof.
Please do the needful so that this construction should be stop/ removed and
hope that proper action could be taken on our neighbour address : 1/13 EWS janta flat, jaan kalyan Apartment, Sector-82, Noida-201304.

Sir,
in our Block-1 the First Floor people resident of Flat No.: 1/13 firstfloor,
Pocket-7, Block-1, EWS Flats, Sector-82, Noida, Owner Name: - Smt. Raj KumariBadan
W/o. Sh. Budh Singh and their son Mr. Bittu Singh have done lot of encroachments of Noida Authority land.
They have covered the area of 600 sq.mt. Authority land and build pillars,
boundaries, terrace and even room in places meant for parking of cars or
playground for children’s by making their home Janata Flats to LIG and MIG.
They have made unauthorized illegal construction and illegal Stairs from their
First Floor Balcony to Terraceand forcefully occupy the terrace.
Sir,
when we objected to it against illegal Stairs from their first floor balcony to
Terracethey people are all ready to fight with us and the First Floor people of
flat no.: 1/13 said that they take the permission from Noida Authority to put illegal
stairs from their first floor balcony to use the terrace. In spite of various
complaint against flat no.: 1/13 first floor the illegal construction is in
fully swing.
Sir,
we have already registered the complaint to Noida Authority, JE and Police
Station several timebut of no use. Noida Authority has checked the same and had
not taken any action so far till dates as the most encroachment are made with
political influence. Are they are free from Noida Authority Laws and
Rules??????????
Sir,
an illegal construction is taking place in Pocket-7, JantaFlats, Sector-82,
Noida. All people are making unauthorized illegal construction by encroaching
roads, the green areas, parking area and pedestrian road to build their houses
after cutting the trees and making their home from Janta Flats to LIG &
MIG. Thus making road congested causing problem in movement of Cars and event
public. Due to this, there is an artificial scarcity of parking in Pocket-7,
Janta Flats, Sector-82, Noida. This would make the Pocket-7, Janta flats,
Sector-82, Noida very unsafe and unhygienic and has a direct impact on the
carbon rating.
Sir,
please remove all such unauthorized illegal construction before it is too late
and also, ensure a periodic vigilance in Pocket-7, Janta flats, Sector-82, Noida
so that all such situation can be avoided beforehand.
Sir, please
took necessary action on this and have a regular check of the Pocket-7, Janta
Flats, Sector-82, Noida. And I request Noida Authority to look into the matter
on priority basis a.s.a.pand please visit the place and take a strict and
necessary action against this letter.
