Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to register a complaint aganist Nokia Care Center, Kottayam, Kerala. They charged me higher and denied to give a bill on making the payment.
I approached the Nokia care Kottayam on 21-JAN-2012, with a minor problem on my Nokia E72 outer case front cover. I was told to replace the silver outer case front cover (without the keypad) and informed me that it would charge Rs.900/- Once I gave my mobile for replace the cover, the same executive came and informed me that as the taxes have went high the current price of the outer frame is Rs.1200. Finally I made the payment for Rs.1200 and they didnt give me a bill/reciept for the payment. On demanding for the bill thay told me that the replaced cover doesnt have any warranty and so I dont require a bill for future use. They didnt give me a bill for the payment I made.
I hereby request to take necessary action aganist Nokia care Kottayam for the fraudness and denying basic rights of a customer.

Mr. Joseph from Nokia Care, Kottayam handed over a bill for Rs.1188.70 aganist my payment for Rs.1200.
Bill Details:
Unit price - 757 +
Tax(12.5%) - 94.62 +
Service Charge - 300 +
Tax - 37.08
Service charge for just changing the front cover seems to be higher. Seems like they have managed to make the bill amount around Rs 1200 with that service charges.
