Nokia E - 61 I — DEFECTIVE E-61 I SET

I had submitted my set to your Customer Care Centre at green park on the 23rd of sept. I called many times at the centre and the reply I got was taking extra time under repair. Yesterday when I went to collect my Cell it was not repaired and in return the executive told me that the set is unrepairable as it has some manufacturing defect and returned it. Is this the only duty o[censored]r care centres to return the set after one and a half month by just giving this reason wherein my set is under warranty only as it was just a few weeks old when i gave the set to them. There was some fight happening with some other customer,hence nobody could attend me properly. May I pl request you to see in the same matter and reply to me.The only fault with my ph was that the display screen was broken and nothing else. The Jobsheet no. is [protected] and the Model is E-61 I.

You are requested to see in the same matter and let me know as already more then 2 months have gone. I have a proper bill of the same and I have paid a good price for the dear set of mine.
