dirty useless,lifeless NOKIA Cell Phone N76 And extremely poor customer care
REFUSAL TO OFFER REPAIR SERVICE
DEAR SIR
ON 20th december 2010 i have handed over N 76 Nokia phone which costed me about Rs. 22,000 when i bought for repair. The dealer----a nokia care company established service centre at B 100 A South CITY 1, Near Signature Tower, OPP HUDA Gymkhana Club, Gurgaon 122 001, phone[protected] and[protected] with email id [protected]@nokiacareindia.com------- examined the phone thoroughly, charged Rs. 100 for such service and told me to come after 3 days and estimated the service charges to be Rs. 2850 vide receipt No,.947.
On 13.1.2011 i went to collect the Phone after my recent trip to Bangkok
1. They could not lacate the phone
2. They were also categorically telling me that i have not submitted the phone for repair
3. They are also very sceptical whether the phone could be repairable or not
4. They are shockingly rude and discourteous
5. They went to the extent of telling me that i have nver visited their store.
i have the printed receipt issued by Nokia care centre; will you please take up the matter and get my phone back after proper repair work please?
