Nokia - N96 — not working properly

I bought N96 on Nov-2008. As you said, the set is very slow in all aspects. From Jan-2009 onwards, it started switching OFF automatically, sometimes while on the call. It is going OFF very often. In the span of 3 months, the mobile has already visited the Nokia care center twice, but the issue is not solved. The worst thing is that the nokia care center people return the mobile without even checking whether the issue is solved or not. Right now the mobile is not usable condition. Nokia people should take this issue serious and replace the mobile as it is purchased just 3 months back.

I am having serious issues with my nokia N96 . i have been a nokia suscriber for the past 5 years and used almost all the modals from the basics to the high end. The quality i found in nokia was that thay stick to their campaign but contradictingly in the case of n96 the campaign garenteed a phone with high memory that does not hang.I have even tried an additional s/w from Nokia care center which was in vain.I have just purchased the phone 4 months back and totally dissatisfied with this model.

hi...i have taken n96 wen it was launched it's around 10 months now...
i am really atisfied with it, i have never faced any problems, i had increased my memory to 16 gb mmc and also no problems...
i want to ask can i change my phone body from nokia as i want it to look as new again...
i m really in love with this phone!!!

I have a Nokia 96 and it is rubbish I have to today complained to Nokia customer service. It hangs all the time and needs to be switched on and off all the time. I want a phone that works - even the basic functions don't work !!

Nokia N96 — Phone Not Working Properly

Myself Vikas N Virkar I have purchase Nokia N96 Mobile Phone From Swastik Mobile Shop Near Mahavir Shopping Center, Agra Road, Kalyan(W) 421301. with IMEI No :-[protected] .
Scince after purchasing the handset there are lots of problem comming in the handset .
1) The mobile gets hanged every time so i visit the Nokia Care 2 times both the times they receit the memory. and then it works for a week again the same problem .
2) There were problem while sending the SMS to any number after sending the SMS The mobile get compleated Blank . Again We visit the Nokia Care they told there is a lot of memory in the mobile So they Delete some games and somes photograph fom the mobile. and gave back to us. again it works for 2 to 3 days again the same problem . each and every time the problem comes but we are not getting any any solution. Now the battery problem after 2 to 3 calls the mobile get switched off. and the battery is showing low battery Signal. Kindly suggest what to do for the same.

Nokia N96 — NOT WORKING

I bought a nokia n96 a year back and its stopped working. One day it went out of charge and i had kept iot for charging. After that i tried to start the phone, but it wasnt switching on at all. I tried to change the battery, but was of no use.
wat could the issue be????????????

I just visited your Nokia care center in Borivli (Mr Nuruddin - [protected]@nokiacareindia.com), but their service is literally pathetic they have refused to take my handset in warranty, they said it was damage, its impossible after spending 8000 Rs only on screen any person care for that mobile like anything as I explain in my last mail & we are also dealing with customer but we believe on customer but your nokia person even not ready to open the handset, I want to see the damage & also I doubt your Nokia Care Borivli is not using the original spares also.



& Finally I disappointed with your after sales service in the future I will not going to purchase any Nokia Mobile & also I am going to advice others also not to purchase the same
