[Resolved] Nokia X2 — Need to know why mobile is switching off

i am mohammed khaleel from Bangalore brought a new Nokia x2 on this Friday it was working on that day but from yesterday its getting switched off when i view movie on my phone which i have recorded i think there is a problem in my handset so i ned to know why it is happening and help my imei number is [protected]

hey I am from assam, i had aslo brought a new nokia x2 yesterday, but also had the same problem, when i run a video clip whether it is in 3gp or mp4, it goes hanged, and restart the phone.

my x2 got a same problem of re starting the phone. i go to nokia care they r telling that mp4 video clips r not working. but 3gp vidios got alswo same problem. my 2 friends also have same problem.
