[Resolved]  Not Receive Rto Book — No delivery status of speed post

Dear Sir, We have dispatched the Book named "The Fertilizer Encyclopedia" on 31 January 2009 to Anna University, Chennai. but they have not received that delivery yet. I tracked the number of our receipt today, but your status shows that the book delivered to Indian Institute of Technology on 5 February 2009, Chennai. how is it possible?
we are in trouble now, because that book is very costly. please help us.

Dear Post Master General,

I have sent a speed post to my daughter Neethu V.S. to Palikarani, Chennai - 600100 on 04/08/2009 at 10.43 hours vide receipt No. ED[protected]IN from New Delhi. The said speed post contained a high value Demand Draft. On enquiry the Post Master where from the said Speed Post informed that it has been delivered to Neethu V.S. on 08/08/2009. It it submitted that as on 19.00 hours on 14/08/2009 my daughter Neethu V.S. has not been received the said speed post. IT APPEARS THAT EITHER THE SPEED POST HAS NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED AT ALL OR DELIVERED TO ANY PERSON OTHER THAN NEETHU V.S.

Please do the needful to delover the said speed post without any further delay to the correct addressee.
